1. Booking & Confirmation
All vehicle bookings must be made directly through Massive Luxury Car Hire. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as agreed. Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. Rental Period
Rental rates are calculated based on a 12-hour service within Lagos Island. Extended hours or trips outside Lagos Island will attract additional charges. Full-day or multi-day bookings are available upon request.
3. Payment
All payments must be made in advance through approved channels. Prices quoted include vehicle, driver, and fuel (unless otherwise stated). Additional costs such as tolls, parking fees, and state entry permits are the responsibility of the client.
4. Driver & Usage
All rentals include a professional driver provided by Massive Luxury Car Hire. Vehicles cannot be driven by the client or any unauthorized person. The driver must comply with company protocols, and clients are expected to respect the driver’s instructions regarding safety and vehicle handling.
Important: If a client wishes to make another booking, it must be done directly with Massive Luxury Car Hire and not through the driver. Any private arrangements with drivers outside the company are strictly prohibited.
5. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles are delivered in excellent working condition. Clients are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to the interior or exterior. Any damage caused by negligence, misconduct, or spillage will be charged to the client.
6. Delays & Waiting Time
Clients are advised to be punctual. Waiting time beyond the agreed rental period will attract additional charges. If the client fails to show up without notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking may qualify for a partial refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service will attract deductions to cover administrative and logistical costs.

If cancellation occurs after the driver has been dispatched, only fuel and logistics expenses will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded to the same account used for payment.

No-shows are non-refundable.
8. Liability
Massive Luxury Car Hire will not be responsible for delays due to traffic, unforeseen road conditions, or external events beyond our control. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
9. Conduct
Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during rentals. Any unlawful activity, misuse of the vehicle, or misconduct may lead to immediate termination of the service without refund.
10. Amendments
Massive Luxury Car Hire reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions before confirming their booking.
